Murshad means "Spiritual Guide".
So in case you are referring to the lines written by Mian Muhammed Baksh and sung by Gurdas Maan," Mein Nevan, Mera Murshad Uchha" the translation is " I'm Lowly, My Spiritual Guide Is Exalted".
PS: Exalted means noble, very moral, too high.
