Punj will receive awards at the 52nd National Film Awards Function
to be held at Vigyan Bhavan on 21st October 2005.The awards will
be distributed by the Honourable PRESIDENT of INDIA Dr. A.P.J Abdul
Kalam.Fans may recall that " des hoyaa pardes " had won
the award for the best feature film under the regional (Punjabi)
category.
Gurdas Maan had been given the JURY's special award for the same
movie.
The 52nd National Films awards ceremony will be held in New Delhi
