| I an 'asthik' person (one who believes in GOD). To worship GOD, I think one needs feelings of such kind. The song 'Mast Mast' from Jadugariyan is having everything to worship. |
I have heard this song thosand times.
The lines in like, "too sohna main kogi kamli, too kitthe main kithe; rehna tere naal jogiya too agge main picche", anybody belonging to any religion can refer these lines to his/her Lord by making his/her's Lord's expressions in their own mind.
Then in this same song lines are like this also, "ter ghar sadi auni jani, taithon ki sangna; too na ditta hor kise ton main vee nee mangna", in this song 'too' is our God/Lord and so every human being who is 'asthik' prays to his/her God for the gifts of life, for a better livinghood.
So whenever I have to face some downs in my life I remember.
In such ways many songs of Gurdas Maan take us to the path which leads to the All Mighty God. Here are some, 'Kattan Valiyan' (Jadogariyan), Ghar Bhul gayee Mor te aake, Tere Ishq da giddah, and many more
This message is not for GurdasMaan himself because he knows his songs well but for those who cant understand such songs.
These songs are infact 'sufi' songs, the song which do not see a particular Religious belongings but are for the whole Religious Paradise
